Description

ZC-SC125P is a irradiation cross-linked low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin cable compound.
This product is mainly used for the insulation of photovoltaic cables. It is a safe and environmentally friendly compound that complies with RoHS and REACH. The physical and mechanical properties of the sheath compound meet EN 50618.

Processing Techniques:

It is recommended to use a low smoke zero halogen special screw, with a length to diameter ratio of L/D=20-25 and a compression ratio of 1.2-1.8. Because the actual temperature of the melt is related to the length diameter ratio, compression ratio and screw structure of the extruder, the appropriate extrusion temperature should be selected according to the specific situation of the extruder.
The recommended setting temperatures for each zone of the 70 extruder are as follows:
