ZC-SC101H

General lnformation

Description

It is a type of warm water cross linking material applied to low voltage wires and cables.
It possesses following advantage: good electrical properties and anti-aging ability;
excellent tensilestrength and low-temperature brittleness properties. In addition,
the highest continuous workingtemperature is 125℃.
This grade is compliant to EN 50618 and passed all properties except the20,000 hours aging test.


Application:

it is used for the insulation of solar cables

Additional Information

Processing Techniques:

Melt extrusion temperature in the range of 150℃ to 220℃ are recommended, the specifictemperature
should be adjusted by actual operation condition.


Cross-linking:

Cross-linking condition and time of the hot set elongation to 100%(1mm thick samples);vapor or water bath
at 90℃ for 6Omin or at 80℃ for 120min.
