ZC-SC125P is a self-crosslinking low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin cable compound, which can be naturally cross-linked after being extruded into a cable. This product is mainly used for the sheath and insulation of photovoltaic cables that comply with TUV2Pfg-1169 and EN50618.

Processing Techniques:
Extruding techniques
It is recommended to use a low smoke zero halogen special screw, with a length-to-diameter ratio of L/D=20~25 and a compression ratio of 1.1~1.3. Because the actual temperature of the melt is related to the length diameter ratio, compression ratio and screw structure of the extruder, the appropriate extrusion temperature should be selected according to the specific situation of the extruder.
The recommended setting temperatures for each zone of the extruder are as follows:

When using this product, mix the A and B components evenly and drop them into the hopper.
If color is required, the cable factory can use polyethylene base color masterbatch and materials
within 8 hours after unpacking.
This product should not be shut down for a long time. If it is shut down for a long time, it is
recommended to stop and clean the screw before starting up again.
To ensure sufficient crosslinking of the material, it is recommended that the cable be placed in
a 70°C water bath or steam room for 6~8h, or at a constant temperature and humidity (23°C, 50%)
for 7 days. The specific placement time is adjusted according to the thickness of the product and
the crosslinking degree of the material, to meet the performance requirements of the cable.
