ZC-SC6125AH
ZC-SC125AH is an irradiation cross-linked low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin cable compound. This product is mainly used for the sheath of photovoltaic cables. It is a safe and environmentally friendly compound that complies with RoHS and REACH. The physical and mechanical properties of the sheath compound meet EN 50618, and the supporting photovoltaic insulation compound is made into 1´4mm² cable, which can be pass the IEC 60332-1-2 single vertical combustion.

Processing Techniques:
It is recommended to use a low smoke zero halogen special screw, with a length-to-diameter ratio of L/D=20-25 and a compression ratio of 1.2-1.8. Because the actual temperature of the melt is related to the length diameter ratio, compression ratio and screw structure of the extruder, the appropriate extrusion temperature should be selected according to the specific situation of the extruder.
