ZC-SC101H
It is a warm water cross-linking material applied to low-voltage wires and cables.
It possesses the following advantages: good electrical properties and anti-aging ability;
excellent tensile strength and low-temperature brittleness properties. In addition,
the highest continuous working temperature is 125℃.
This grade complies with EN 50618 and passed all properties except the 20,000-hour aging test.
It is used for the insulation of solar cables
High-temperature resistance XLPO Compound for wires and cables up to 3KV.
Processing Techniques:
Melt extrusion temperatures in the range of 150℃ to 220℃ are recommended, the specific temperature
should be adjusted by actual operation conditions.
Cross-linking:
Cross-linking condition and time of the hot set elongation to 100%(1mm thick samples); vapor or water bath at 90℃ for 6Omin or at 80℃ for 120min.
