ZION COMMUNICATION RS485/RS232 multi-pair cables are engineered for reliable, low-noise and interference-resistant data transmission in industrial control, building automation, instrumentation, and serial communication systems.
All cables feature 28AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, Foam PE insulation, 100% foil shielding, and a durable PVC jacket, achieving 120Ω characteristic impedance and low capacitance for stable high-speed differential signaling.
28AWG stranded tinned copper conductors ensure flexibility and high signal integrity.
Foam PE (FPE) insulation reduces capacitance and enhances high-frequency performance.
Overall aluminum/polyester foil shield (Beldfoil® type) provides excellent EMI/RFI protection.
Tinned copper drain wire enables reliable grounding and shield termination.
120Ω characteristic impedance, ideal for RS485/RS422/RS232 communication systems.
