 Cable Construction:

Conductor:

  • 2.5 mm² plain annealed copper wire.

  • Compliant with EN 60228 (available in Class 1, 2, or 5).


Insulation:

  • Made of fire‐resistant silicone rubber.

  • Meets standards BS 6387 CWZ, EN 50200 PH120, and IEC 60331.

  • A “dielectric” layer was applied with three layers at 0.0126″ (approximately 3.2 mm) each.

  • The insulation color is Brown/Black/Grey.


Flame Barrier:

  • Constructed using fiberglass tape to provide additional fire protection.


Drain Wire:

  • 0.80 mm solid tinned copper to ensure proper earthing and shield termination.


Shielding:

  • Aluminum polyester (PET) tape provides 100% coverage with 20% overlapping for effective EMI protection.


Jacket (Outer Sheath):

  • FR-LSZH (fire retardant, low smoke, zero halogen) material.

  • Available in Red or White.
