Indoor tight-buffered fibers (900μm tight-buffered) are used as a central structure and are armed with Kevlar aramid yarns, which have a good flame retarding feature. They are even more flexible than outdoor loose-tube cables. They are more compact; therefore, they can be used indoors as preferred.
It is used often in the following basic cases:
It is a connection between the distribution frame and the equipment, the patch cords.
In-house connectivity of devices (like ONU, transceiver).
Drop wiring for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) provides a line connection to homes.
Fabrication of fiber pigtails and patch cords.
The cables feature easy stripping, superior flexibility, and universal installation, making them suitable for various amplification purposes in communications or networking systems.

Zion Communication gives a complete series of indoor tight-buffered cables, differentiated into four major categories:
Structure: (900μm) Tight buffered fibers that, if needed, can come with the outer coat or remain bare
Advantages: Simple for fusion or mechanical splicing, easy handling, and wrapping.
Applications: Suitable for pigtails, patch cords, and indoor connections over short distances.
Recommended Types: G.657.A1 / A2, G.652.D
Structure: One 900μm tight-buffered fiber reinforced with Kevlar strength members and LSZH or PVC flame-retardant sheath.
Advantages: High-reliability, low smoke, and LSZH which is compatible with standard connectors.
Typical Use: A patch cord form device-to-device connections, patch panels, FTTH, and intelligent building wiring.
Structure: Two equal lengths of 900μm tight-buffered fibers, with a flat LSZH jacket or surrounded by an outer jacket.
Advantages: Ideal for flat surface layouts, with easy installation and maintaining flexibility.
Typical Use: The optical transceivers, ONU devices, and duplex communication modules are the components to which this connection line is attached.
Structure: Fibers and FRP or Steel wire as the strength component in the cable, protected by an LSZH flat jacket (available both black and white).
Advantages: Enhanced tensile and compression strength allows for longer connections and complex routing.
Applications: Building backbone extension, splitter connect, and indoor FTTH systems demanding higher mechanical durability.
Delivery Options: In coils or bundled bags, respectively, as specified.
Customization: Length, color, printing, and labeling options are available upon request.
OEM/ODM: Brand custom decoration, color jacket printing, and connectors termination services.
