Vibration Damper/Armour Rod
The company offers a 4D series of anti-vibration hammer tuning fork design for Stockbridge, multi-resonance sound damping devices, mainly used for weakening and fragmentation of fiber optic cable due to aerolian vibration generated by the impact energy.

OPGW dampers are typically used based on the cable diameter and span. The recommended quantity of dampers per span is as follows:
For cables with a diameter of less than 12 mm:
100–300 m span: 2 dampers
300–600 m span: 4 dampers
600–900 m span: 6 dampers
For cables with a diameter between 12 and 22 mm:
100–350 m span: 2 dampers
350–700 m span: 4 dampers
700–1000 m span: 6 dampers
1000–1200 m span: 8 dampers
ADSS dampers are similarly installed based on cable diameter and span length. The recommended number of dampers per span is:
For cables with a diameter of less than 12 mm:
100–250 m span: 1 damper
250–450 m span: 2 dampers
450–700 m span: 4 dampers
For cables with a diameter between 12 and 22 mm:
100–250 m span: 1 damper
250–500 m span: 2 dampers
500–800 m span: 4 dampers
800–1000 m span: 6 dampers
Note: For critical spans, the number of dampers should be adjusted for safety, either by increasing or decreasing the quantity.
