mission-critical environments upgrading to 10GBASE-T.

ZION Communication CAT7 S/FTP Patch Cords conforms to ANSI/TIA/EIA-568.2-D, ISO/IEC 11801, IEEE and CENELEC EN50173 for Category 7. The patch cords are 100% (FLUKE DSX 8000) tested per Cat.7 Channel up to 600 MHz. Designed for high speed protocols such as IEEE 802.3:10Base-T, 100Base-T, 1000Base-T, 10GBase-T,  HDBase-T A & B and ATM, CATV,computer,hubs,switches,
routers,DSL/cable modems and patch panel in Gigabit datacenter.

· Material: Stranded bare copper

Insulation:

· Material: Skin-Foam-Skin PE (Polyethylene) for each pair, ensuring improved electrical insulation and reduced cross-talk.

Color Coding (TIA/EIA 568-B Standard):

· Pair 1: Orange, White/White-Orange

· Pair 2: Blue, White/White-Blue

· Pair 3: Green, White/White-Green

· Pair 4: Brown, White/White-Brown

Shielding:

· Individual Shield: Each pair is shielded with Al/PET foil, with the aluminum facing outwards and offering 100% coverage to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

· Overall Shield: TC (Tinned Copper) or Al_Mg (Aluminum-Magnesium) braiding, with >30% coverage for added protection against external noise.

Outer Jacket:

· Material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for the outer sheath.
