Ultra-micro 0.28 mm G657A2 fiber optic spool designed for UAV, FPV, robotics, and industrial inspection applications. Lightweight, transparent epoxy-resin coated, and supplied in rugged ABS disposable cartridges.

ZION’s FPV Disposable Fiber-Optic Spool is built for long-distance HD data transmission in environments where stability and anti-interference performance are critical.
Using a 0.28 mm G657A2 bend-insensitive fiber, it offers ultra-low attenuation, a lightweight structure (80 g/km), and a precise FC optical interface for quick deployment.

Available in 1 km2 km, and 3 km disposable spools with ABS housing.

 FC connectors Key structural design elements include:

  • Threaded Locking Mechanism:
    FC connectors have a variation in their locking mechanism; these adapters are held fast to the plug via a screw-type thread instead of the push-pull coupling used in SC/LC connectors. This ensures that the plug remains connected irrespective of vibration or movement.

  • Housing of Metal Ferrule:
    The body is generally of steel or brass with nickel plating as the connectors are manufactured to provide mechanical strength of high standard, temperature stability, and resistance to wear.
