Installation Instructions

a. Feeder Card Selection: Prior to installation, ensure the correct feeder card specification is selected, including 1/4 ", 1/2 ", 7/8 ", 5/4 ", 13/8 ", etc.

b. Fixture Tail Adjustment: Loosen the stainless steel M8 nut at the fixture tail until it reaches the end of the screw.

c. Feeder Positioning: After fully separating the plastic clamp, place the feeder inside, then retighten the loosened M8 nut to its original position and ensure it is firmly pressed.

d. Torque Control: During tightening, apply uniform force and do not exceed the safe torque value. (Reference torque: M8 = 8–10 N·m)

e. C-Shaped Support Installation: Loosen the special bolts with bowl pads on the C-shaped support. Once the opening size exceeds the thickness of fixed components (e.g., the angle iron edge of the steel tower), insert the C-shaped clamp and tighten the M8 bolts.
